TRY OUT THE MOST DELICIOUS AND PERFECT EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES AT HOME. THESE COOKIES ARE CRISPY ON THE EDGES AND SLIGHTLY CHEWY ON THE INSIDE. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE IS THAT IT IS REALLY THIN AND SIMPLE TO MAKE!


Ingredients

1 cup of all – purpose flour / maida
3/4th tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
a pinch of cinnamon powder
½ cup of unsalted butter (melted)
1/3rd cup of granulated sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips

Take a bowl and add 1 cup of all – purpose flour / maida, 3/4th tsp of baking soda, ½ tsp of salt and a pinch of cinnamon powder and mix it well and keep the bowl aside.

Take another bowl and add ½ cup of unsalted butter (melted) along with 1/3rd cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of brown sugar. Beat it for another 3 to 4 minutes and scrape down the edges. Then add 2 tbsp of water and ½ tsp of vanilla extract. Mix it for another 1 minute and then add the dry ingredients and mix it on low speed just until combined. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and fold it in the cookie dough. Keep it aside. Take a baking tray lined with greased parchment paper and scoop the cookie dough and add it (leave 2 inches space between them). Bake it in a preheated oven at 150 Degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Cool it for 5 minutes on the tray and then transfer it to the cooling tray.
