In this video I walk through the Load to Launch portion of the swing which when done on time is the most important pre swing move. We obviously have to see the ball, be on time, and deliver the barrel with accuracy; but if the load is late and improper, or if launch position is not correct….. well you really don’t give yourself a chance to be consistent or hit the ball with any authority!! Follow along and lets get you or your youth baseball/softball player into the proper Load to Launch position so they are set up for success hitting the baseball or softball.
