PLEASE NOTE: This is a quick "non-professional" approach at replacing the sub woofer that I chose to take. If you are willing to remove the seat and other components then you will get a more professional installation. I did not care about that, as I state in the video, I just wanted to replace the sub with as little effort as possible.

I will show you how to replace the 2011 Kia Soul Exclaim stock sub woofer with another sub woofer in the exact same stock location.  Speaker replacement is the 8 inch 4 ohm dual voice coil Pyle PLPW8D.  Existing speaker hole must be modified to fit the new speaker but this process is relatively easy to do.  Use existing wires to hookup directly to the new speaker.  The best price I found for this speaker ($27.99 to be exact) was on eBay but it is widely available on Amazon and other places as well.  I guess most any 8" speaker would work but pay attention to the depth of the speaker.

If your sub is blown and your just looking for a fairly quick and simple replacement, this is what worked for me.
