Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best Mexican pulled pork torta! Ugh it’s seriously so delicious! Don’t get scared by the amount of spices we need, trust me that’s what makes the best pulled pork! You can make it the traditional way and smoke it, for that you won’t need the beer mixture , and you can make the coleslaw using mayo,vinagre and sugar, just top it with your homemade bbq sauce 😉 this is my way and I hope you enjoy it just as much as me and my family!

Ingredients:
4 lbs pork butt
Bolillo bread
My dry rub:
1/4 cup paprika
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Chile powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp pop black pepper
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp ground cinnamon
12 oz beer
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp vinagre
1 lime
1/2 onion
7 garlic cloves
Cilantro
2 jalapeño or Serrano
🥬 Coleslaw:optional
16 oz tricolor coleslaw(shredded cabbage n carrots)
Chopped cilantro
1/2 purple onion sliced
1 chopped jalapeño or Serrano pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 limes
1 lemon
Salt
Black pepper
I forgot to add it 😭 but add magi sauce 😅
