How To Cook BLACKENED FISH in the Air Fryer

Here I demonstrate how to cook blackened fish in the air fryer!  I'm using catfish and a blend of seasonings to create a simple and delicious meal for two that also includes an amazing AVACADO SALSA and sides from other videos I've made recently.

Ingredients for blackened seasoning:
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Avacado Salsa:
1 avocados, diced
1 tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeño, diced
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
