It will be easy to cook a salad with pineapple and chicken. We believe it will be a favorite on your table.
Ingredients:
• chicken fillet – 200 g
• canned pineapple – 150 g
• chinese cabbage – 200 g
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• classic soy sauce – 1 tbsp
• salt – ½ tsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
Sauce:
• natural yogurt – 3 tbsp
• ¼ lemon juice
• dijon mustard – 1 tsp or prepared mustard ½ tsp
• salt – ¼ tsp        
Preparation:  
1. Lay the chicken on a carving board, remove the tendons – holding with a fork, pull out tendons, having gripped with a paper towel.              
2. Cut the breast lengthwise into three parts, salt and pepper on both sides, pour with soy sauce spreading the marinade evenly on the fillet. Leave on the board for 2-5 minutes.
3. In a small bowl combine 3 tbsp of natural yogurt, ¼ lemon juice, 1 tsp of dijon mustard and ¼ tsp of salt.
4. Heat a pan over high heat, add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, lay out the chicken fillet and fry over high heat for 2 minutes, reduce the heat and fry for 2 minutes more. Then add the heat, flip the fillet and fry over high heat for 2 minutes, then turn the heat down and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
5. Take out onto a paper towel.
6. Cut the chinese cabbage inro squares of 1,5 cm and pineapple into dices of 1 cm. Lay it into a sieve to drain. Cut the chilled fillet into dices of 1 cm.
7. Add all the ingredients and dressing into a salad bowl and toss neatly.
8. Serve the pineapple and chicken salad to your dinner or festive table.
Advices:
1. If a chicken breast is big, ≥ 250 g, you can pound it lightly for better frying.
2. For more bright taste you can add ½ tsp of sugar, ½ tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of wholegrain mustard into a marinade for chicken.
