When Sex Hurts.
Sex is meant to be pleasurable, but a few missteps in bed can result in discomfort or even injury. Anything from a rug burn to a penile fracture can occur if things get too rough or hurried. To avoid these common injuries and other risks, take it slow and be aware of your limits.
Muscle Pull.
Repetitive movements, such as thrusting, can strain a muscle. Twisting too forcefully can pull muscles in your abdomen or back. During an org@sm, your thigh muscles naturally tense up, which can lead to soreness afterward. This pain should subside within a day or two. If it persists, you might have a more serious injury that requires medical attention.
Carpet Burn.
Rubbing against a rough surface, such as a rug or the floor, can cause scrapes and burns on your back, buttocks, and legs. These friction burns can be quite painful but are usually not serious and will heal on their own in a few days. To prevent this, place a blanket down as a buffer if you plan to be active on the carpet or floor.
