Easy Recipe for Steam Rice Cake [Ib qhov Ncuav Sawv tshab Yoojyim hab qaab heev]

Ingredients:
1 bag rice flour
1 bag rice flour for cake
2 packs vanilla sugar
1 pack instant yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup tapioca starch
1 1/2 cup white sugar
4 cups room temperature water

Step 1:
Combine all dry ingredients  into a big bowl, whisk well and then add 4 cups water.  Continue whisk until no lump. Take 1 cup of this batter and 4 cups water into a sauce pan.

Step 2:
Cook until the liquid becomes thick paste like yogurt.  Then add into the Step 1 batter and whisk very well.  cover for 45 minuets - 1.5 hrs.

Steam 12-15 minuets on medium high heat.  Enjoy!!!!
