Calculate the Root Mean Square (rms) Speed of oxygen gas at room temperature

This video shows the formula for calculating the speed of a gas, which varies directly with Temperature, and inversely with molecular weight (molar mass) of the gas.  The formula for the rms speed of a gas requires the appropriate R gas constant (8.314 J/mol-K) and requires the molar mass (MW) be in kg/mol instead of g/mol.  For fun, the speed calculated in m/s is converted to mi/hr.
