Mulbagal Masala dosa/Masale Dosey is a variation of the popular South Indian dosa, which has its origins in Tuluva Udupi cuisine of Karnataka.It is made from rice, lentils, potato, fenugreek, ghee along with red chutney made from onions and chillis .
To make Mulbagal style dosa we need cast iron pan , the pan gives dosa nice crispyness on outside and we get soft fluffy inside by coving the pan with lid while cooking
