Recording of the webinar "Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) of Philippines: Linking Cash Transfer to Sustainable Livelihood Development" that links recipients of the cash transfer program Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) to sustainable livelihoods development options through two tracks: micro-enterprise development and employment facilitation. It uses four modalities, these are pre-employemnt assistance fund, provision of seed capital fund, skills training and cash for building livelihood assets. From 2011 to 2015, 22% of the beneficiaries of the 4Ps programs were linked to livelihoods development options through SLP. Presenter: Alfrey P.
