Heathcliff hears it through the grapevine that an over friendly and slightly dim dog friend of his named Chauncey has been captured by the dogcatcher in the next town. Heathcliff decides that Chauncey isn't that bad and decides to help him out.
Riff Raff takes Cleo on a date to the carnival after hours... But their fun is thwarted by Bruno, Geldorf and the carnie.
