America's Oldest Seaport - Gloucester, Massachusetts. A few miles North of Boston, Massachusetts, Gloucester was first settled in 1623 and became the first fishing and seaport was established on the North Shore of Massachusetts. A solemn reminder to those lost at sea "Man at the Wheel", the Fisherman's Memorial & The Widow's Memorial, honor those who gave their life to the sea to never return home.
A Perfect Storm with George Clooney, and the famous Wicked Tuna are both based out of Gloucester and capture a tiny piece of the fishing seaport life in Gloucester, MA. Gloucester still holds its fishing routes and has become a tourist destination for whale watching, fishing charters, and scenic drives.
I hope you enjoy the scenic drive through Gloucester, Massachusetts. The purpose of these videos is to bring some relaxation or showcase tourist destinations in their natural state without music or narration allowing the location to be the character.
