32 - Create a Profile Image Cropper in Vue with CropperJS

In today's tutorial we'll get started on a form for updating the user's personal details, or profile information. This form will allow us to open an image file from our computer, and then crop this image in the browser in preparation for uploading it to the server. We'll do this by creating a specialized "ImageCropper" component which will use the wonderful cropper.js library!
