大家好 这一期和大家分享泰式炸金针菇

材料 :
金针菇 1 包 100克

面糊:
面粉 50克
蛋黄粉 25克
木薯粉 25克
水 100克
盐 少许

泰式酱 2 汤匙
香菜
蒜末
小葱丝
小辣椒
香茅



Ingredients (Diana)
1. Enoki mushroom 1 pkt cut away the end and slice horizontally into four equal thickness

Batter ingredients (mix together)
1. Flour 50g
2. Custard powder 25g
3. Tapioca flour 25g
4. Water 100g (may add little more if too thick)
5. Salt little

Thai sauce ingredients (mix together)
1. Thai chilli sauce 2tbsp
2. Shallots slices
3. Garlic minced
4. Lemongrass minced
5. Chilli padi diced
6. Coriander stem chopped

Method
1. Heat oil to 160deg then turn to low heat.
2. Coat the Enoki mushroom with the batter and dip into the oil while shaking the mushroom so that it will spread out. Maintain at medium Low heat and fry till golden brown
3. Place the mushroom in a container and add in the Thai chilli sauce and mix well.
4. Dish up and drizzle the balance sauce on it.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
