Destroying the Myth of OCD Distributors for Espresso

This is a visual experiment to show why OCD distributors and similar distributors don’t do much for most of the puck preparation. This helps confirm why it might actually do worse for a coffee puck then other distribution techniques as available data has shown that these types of distributors decrease extraction yield.
