Porsche was not lucky in the Tiger trials, so the Henschel design was finally chosen. Porsche had already started with prototypes and initial production. A large part of these hulls were then converted to the Ferdinand/Elefant tank destroyer, but some of the original models with rotating turrets were kept. One of them (turret number 003) even saw service on the Eastern Front. The remaining vehicles were used as test and training vehicles.

We already know the Tiger(P) kit with turret number 003 with interior fittings and Zimmerit from Amusing Hobby. Amusing Hobby is now also presenting a so-called military training vehicle, which Christian will be happy to show you in detail.
