Animation is a feature available
Animation is a feature available in VSDC Free Video Editor for quite a long time, but rarely used because of lack of tutorials.
It's high time to fix it!
VSDC animation tool can work with several animation layers and remains absolutely adjustable: framerate, speed, etc.
1. Click "Animation" tool and add your images (PNG) to the program
Tip 1: add as many images as possible
Tip 2: add several animation layers for a better effect
2. Leave default settings (they run well!) or modify parameters
3. Preview
