REMASTERED EXTENDED - IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER (GHOSTS-UK)

As a heartfelt response to the gift given to viewers in Season 2 of BBC's GHOSTS,  here is a special tribute edition of their glorious hymn IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER.

A poignant and sensitive rendition, sung by the creators and actors in the BBC series (one and the same!),
of this universal carol,  it was deserving  of a respectful audio treatment - including a proper introduction, as well as  the additional reprise of the coda, before the resounding final chorus…….. then, leaving Alison at the piano, alone once again…. smiling….. content and at one with her new family.

Flanked by a portrait of West Horsley Place (Button House), it is hoped that this video returns our gratitude for the wonderful efforts of this talented and celebrated team – comprised of Laurence  Rickard, Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick and Ben Willbond, along with Charlotte Ritchie, Lolly Adefop and Katy Wix.
