The 14-layer, 2-ounce copper PCB for the PowerColor Hellhound Spectral White RX 79 hundred XTX has a 12+3+2+2+1 phase VRM architecture. Overall, temperatures and power should be well-managed thanks to the cooler, sturdy PCB, and reliable power configuration. Similar to other current-generation Radeon cards, this one has three DisplayPorts, a DP 2.1, and a single, full-sized HDMI connector v2.1 for its output configuration.
Now on to some reference performance framerates benchmarks.
It's obvious the PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Hellhound has no performance concerns when it comes to delivering incredibly high frames per second. The PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 79 hundred XT may produce impressive performance even when FSR is not enabled. You can pretty much game at 1080 or 1440 at ultra settings without FSR and still get fantastic results. Some games, however, plainly benefit from FPS Quality mode at 1440. Averaging 60 frames per second in 4K Ultra, Cyberpunk is one of the most demanding games available when employing all the most recent visual upgrade settings. Even that, though, experienced a huge increase with performance mode FSR, reaching a maximum of 102 frames per second at 4K.
You can push games like F1 from 239 frames per second to break 300 frames per second, which is considerably more than most people require. Though certain titles, like Spider-Man, showed little to no gain from the FSR technology, it barely seemed necessary when we were also achieving 182 frames per second at 1080 Ultra. Without sacrificing quality, 1440p gives your games a fast enough F P S boost to handle 120-165-hertz gaming monitors.
However, in 4K, the GPU appears to be largely capable of gaming at 60 frames per second and higher; however, FSR is really helpful if you have a high refresh rate 4K display like a 4K 120-hertz TV. 68 frames per second to 110 frames per second at Quality and 144 frames per second in Performance mode for games like Dying Light 2.
