Open whatsapp, now tap on the chats tab if you are not on such an option.
Click on a specific conversion.
so you will get a plus sign button tap on it.
Now go with photos & video library.
here, WhatsApp required photos app permission. you can give access by settings, scroll down the screen tap privacy and security and choose the photos option.
Click on whatsapp and tap on All photos to access entire photo library on WhatsApp.
on this screen, tap on Albums
and click on videos folder.
please choose a video that you want to make a Gif,
for example, I'm tapping on my cute boy video.
if you don't see GIF option, it means video length is 6 second longer, as per the whatsapp limitation, adjust your video frame 6 seconds or lower.
so tap on the head or tell part to trim the video and make its length minimum 6 seconds or less.
after that you can drag a specific part to send as a GIF.
keep in mind that you cannot shoot GIF with sound so if you select GIF, you can see sound icon become disable.
Now before sending gif you can decorate GIF picture with above given tools,
The first one is HD, which means you can send HD-quality GIF with 718 by 1280 resolution.
so you can choose standard quality or HD quality, by default whatsapp send standard quality , so you will have to choose HD quality by tapping on this option.
the second one is crop, rotate, and picture size whatever you choose as per your requirement.
third one is stickers and emoji, you can put both of them on the GIF picture, if you want to remove then drage it to the trash icon which is appear on the left and upper side corner.
forth one is, add text with emoji on GIF image, as well as change font style and color using color picker located on the right side edge.
fifth one is drawing, you can choose different size lines out of three and pick color form the color bar.
to change color, you need just up and down you finder on the color bar, you can see color preview on the top size next to the undo button.
after your desired drawing is completed don't miss tap on Done button.
from here, you can choose multiple contacts to send GIF more than people at the same time.
one more thing is that you can change the contact from here to send GIF.
Furthermore more bottom part is you can add a caption for a specific GIF.
and if you want to make another GIF, then tap on the plus sign to choose a second video to make it a GIF and send both at the same time.
To delete the video, tap on the trash icon to remove it.
So after you ready with an amazing GIF,
Finally, tap on the send button. which is appear on the right and lower on the screen.
the second method is to send GIFs in WhatsApp from the WhatsApp library.

or alternatively, you can find GIF with emoji icon. for example, tap on the emoji icon and tap on the dance emoji. As you can see all dancing GIF in the result screen.
Also, bottom options are easy to find specific GIF
For example, tap on the star to access all starred GIF,
in sequence, happy GIF, love GIF, sad GIF, thumb GIF, and celebration GIF.
So choose one of them,
one hidden setting is color filter, just swipe up side to access filters.
pick one of them, like pop, black and white, cool, chrome, and film.
Now swipe down the screen to exit filters.
Tap on the send button.
