Hello friends and welcome to our channel Foodie & Flow… Today we are going to learn how to make methi pakoras in easy way. The methi pakoras are as soft as they taste. So let's see how the methi pakoras are made.

Ingredients of Methi Pakoda :-

Finely chopped methi
250 gram gram flour
1/2 teaspoon celery
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste
Finely chopped coriander
Finely chopped 4 green chillies
 Oil for frying
Salt to taste
1 Cup water

How to Make Methi Pakodas :-

1. First, take gram flour in a pan and mix salt, baking soda, green chilli and garlic and ginger paste in it and add water to it and mix it well.
2. After that add fenugreek and coriander to it and prepare a good paste.
3. And keep it for 5 minutes so that pakora becomes soft.
4. Now take oil in a pen and let it heat up. Start making pakora as soon as the oil starts heating up.
5. After every minute, keep turning the pakoras so that it cooks well from both the sides.
6. Keep the gas low and let the pakoras get ready for 5 minutes. As soon as the color of the pakoras starts to brown, take out the pakoras in a bowl.
7. Your fenugreek fritters are ready.
