Honda CRF300L Off Road Test Ride (Trails and Gravel) + Thoughts on Suzuki DRZ400S vs Honda CRF300L

My neighbor Darrell was once
My neighbor Darrell was once again awesome enough to let me borrow his brand new Honda CRF300L so I could hit up some gravel roads and muddy trails for a true Honda CRF300L off road test ride. This bike impressed me on several fronts, but most impressive was just the overall build quality and smooth Honda CRF300L off road riding experience.
We spent the whole day riding together, me on my Suzuki DRZ400S and Darrell on his 300L, so when we swapped bikes I was able to do an immediate Honda CRF300L vs Suzuki DRZ400S comparison. I tried to include as many of my Suzuki DRZ400 vs Honda CRF300L thoughts as possible on this ride. The two bikes are closer together than you would think, but the DRZ400 still takes the cake in terms of raw power and suspension quality. The Honda CRF 300 L is a far more polished machine, and the clutch pull and action in particular is very smooth and easy to handle even on technical trails. I know a lot of people have questions about the DRZ400 vs CRF300L and I'm hoping this off road test ride and first impressions video can help answer some of them. At the end of the day, you can't really go wrong with either the Honda CRF300L or Suzuki DRZ400S.
