Today's video is a demonstration of how to sear beef short ribs and slow braise them with veggies in red wine and beef stock. You can eat them off the bone like a savage or shred the meat to enjoy in tacos, burritos, protein bowls, and even with fries as poutine! We then reduce the cooking liquids and turn them into a demi-glace gravy to pour over the beef short ribs.
