Cutting through this drain pipe,
Cutting through this drain pipe, installing a new p-trap and then a utility sink. We had the builder add these water lines and drain to the back of the garage but didn’t want them to install anything. Saved a lot of money doing it ourselves. The added drain and water lines were almost nothing to add during the house design. But the real cost would have been for the sink and labor to install. So we took that part on ourselves.
