Rose has been selected for the National Academy of Brilliance! This is an opportunity like no other and naturally she's devastated. It means she has to leave MI High for good! Frank issues Oscar and Carrie with a mission to infiltrate Dr. Leonard Vince's academy. Dr Vince is a genius inventor. His inventions surpass any that MI9 have and this poses a threat to national security. When Rose gets to her new school she is shocked to find everyone but the headmaster: Mr. Vince, is stupid! It all leads down to Vince sucking the knowledge out of the children with his mind sucker machine, this leaves Rose a complete idiot, Oscar and Carrie will have to stop Vince without their team brainbox.
