My coming out story before the military/advice for others

Theres still so much more I wish I could have said in this video like, If someone doesn't accept you for you, they aren't your real friend. And being gay isn't something that should define you. It's just like being polish, Italian, German. There are so many things about you that make you who you are and you shouldn't let this one thing stop you from being yourself. It's not something that you should base your life off of. A lot has changed in my life since I have made a video, and I wasn't even confident about posting this but I thought someone out there could benefit from what I have to say and from my experiences. I originally recorded it for myself to look back and reflect but I knew that there was a possibility of me posting it so I kept that in mind while recording. I also wanted to record this because I joined the US Navy and I wanted to document more of my life before I shipped off.
