INGREDIENTS:
Milk – ½ ltr
Sugar – 2 tbsp or as per your requirement
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
Water – 4 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits - as per your choice
For custards slurry
Custard powder – 2 tbsp
Raw milk – 4 to 5 tbsp
Fruits (as per your choice)
Apple
Chikoo
Grapes
Banana
Pomegranate
METHOD/PREPARATION:
Step 1:
Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes. In a Bowl add custard powder and raw milk. Mix well and make a slurry. Keep both things aside.
Step 2:
Boil milk, once it starts boiling. Add dry fruits and sugar. Mix well and cook in milk for 2 minutes till sugar completely dissolves. Add custard slurry and mix well. no lumps should be formed. Continue stirring for 5 to 6 minutes on low flame. once milk becomes a little thick, switch off the gas and allow it to cool down completely. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 3:
To the chilled custard milk add chopped fruits and soaked chia seeds. Mix well and serve it. you can add ice cream also while serving.
