Dice the onion. Add oil to a pan on medium heat and fry the onion with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes. Then push them aside, add a bit more oil add the beef, and fry the beef for 1 minute. Add some salt and black pepper, mix everything, and keep frying for 1 more minute. Remove beef from the pan and add cheese sauce. Keep stirring for about 1 minute. If you want to meal prep, add everything to a cold plate and let it cool down for 15 minutes until it stops steaming. Add cheesy beef into a tortilla and roll it into a burrito shape. Add it back to a pan with a bit of oil on medium-high heat and cook on all 4 sides until crispy for about 90 seconds in total. Roll the burritos into parchment paper. Done! Last in the fridge for up to 5 days or even better in the freezer for 3 months. Chicken Burrito directions: Slice up the chicken breast and cut it again into small pieces. Add them to a bowl with a bit of oil and all of the seasonings and mix. Add into a bowl cheddar, cornstarch, evaporated milk, and hot sauce and mix. Fry the chicken in a pan on medium heat for about 1 minute on each side and then remove it from the heat. Add the cheese sauce and keep stirring for 1 minute until the sauce turns goey. Add cheesy chicken to a tortilla and roll into a burrito shape. Then add it to a pan with a bit of oil on medium-high heat and cook all 4 sides for 90 seconds in total. Roll the burritos into parchment paper. Done!
