Sauce Ingredients For Dimsum.
- 7 pieces of curly chili,
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 ml of boiled water from chili and garlic
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 1 tsp of water
