Duck in the oven with apples and oranges is a real New Year's dish. To say that this is a very tasty dish - to say nothing! A chic marinade gives the duck an orange-honey note. The duck turns divine! The meat is tender, melts in the mouth. Be sure to cook this dish. Surprise the guests.
We will need:
Duck - 2 kg.
Oranges -2 pcs.
Apples - 2 pcs.
For the marinade:
Soy sauce - 80 ml.
Juice of 1 orange - 80 ml.
Honey - 2 tbsp. l
Mustard - 2 tsp. with a slide.
Peel 1 orange - 1 tsp.
Salt to taste (I take 0.5 - 1 tsp.)
For coating:
Dry garlic or garlic powder - 2 tsp.
A mixture of pepper or ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Honey - 1 tsp.
