Starting from just south of
Starting from just south of Anderton on the Trent and Mersey Canal, we go down the Anderton Boat Lift on to the River Weaver. On the Weaver we go downstream as far as Weston Marsh Lock, a side lock onto the Manchester Ship Canal, where we stop for a look around before retracing our path part way back up the Weaver and mooring for the night.
