This mango mousse recipe is quick and delicious dessert which can be a part of your gathering, perfect holiday sweet or simply satisfying your tummy having after-meal. For this mousse recipe, well ripped sweet mangoes are preferable.

Recipe:

Large size sweet ripped Mangoes 🥭                        3 mangoes
Heavy whipping cream                                                 Approx. 600 ml/2.5 cups
Condensed milk🥛                                                        3/4 cup
Lotus Biscoff cookies                                                    150 grms/15-20 nos.
Melted unsalted butter 🧈                                            3 tbsp

Directions:

-Take Biscoff cookies (you can take any cookies which you like in this dessert) put them in hand grinder machine to crush them. You can also put them in a food bag and crush it. Add unsalted melted butter into crushed cookies. Mix butter in cookies.

-Put cookie mixture into the serving cups. Press down with rolling pin or flat surface. Object. You can place cups in the fridge to chill. You can also put bowl and beater machine in fridge for 1 hour or before starting to make mousses.

-Three large mangoes cut into pieces and make it purée using hand blender. Leave some mango pieces for garnish.

-In a large bowl add cold whipping cream and condensed milk. Whip cream with electric whisk. Start with low speed and gradually increase the speed until it forms stiff peak. Stiff peak is more solid in texture and foamy looks.

-Fill pipping bag with 1/3 of the whipped cream for later use and decoration.

-Add mango purée in portions and fold it into whipped cream until well combined. You can also use electric whisk for getting foamy texture (this step is optional). Put half of the mixture into pipping bag for later use.

-Add another third of the mango purée to the cream. Mix well. Put into the piping bag and set aside.

-Pour the mousse into small dessert cups, fill the cups with the three colors of cream in turn. Top the mousse with the mango purée. Garnish mousse with some freshly mango cubes on top and with white cream. Refrigerate mousses 2-3 hours or can be serve to eat right away if you want.
