Many students enjoy the location of Streit/Perham since it is close to the SRC and athletic facilities. The building theme is wellness, and a portion of the hall programming focuses on educating students about living healthy lifestyles. Streit/Perham also maintains a strong academic presence with free nightly tutoring, study groups and First Year Focus classes.
