Why I won't be buying from their website ever again, SoHo Large Quilted Bag

Hey guys! Today's video is an unboxing of two SoHo Large Quilted Leather Bags, but I'm very disappointed with the Michael Kors website and I don't think I will be buying again from them.
I was in the market for a new tan colored cross body and found that a lot of people recommended this bag here on YouTube as an Alternative to the CHANEL 19 Handbag. All in all I think that the Michael Kors SoHo bags are a great alternative to the Chanel Bag, but I would recommend that you buy the purses from another retailer and not directly from their website. The store associate explained that they often fulfill online orders from Boutique's display models, although frankly the state that this bag was in makes me think that the purse was actually in the possession of someone for an extended period of time. This person was unfortunately not an honest individual and even though they used the bag and did significant damage to it they had the audacity to return it...Michael Kors accepted their product back and sold it to me at full price as a BRAND NEW ITEM which it was NOT!
Bottom line guys, inspect your bags thoroughly when you purchase something and read the fine print before you buy to make sure you will be able to return it in case of defects.
