CHAR-BROIL BIG EASY OIL-LESS TURKEY FRYER - TRYING IT OUT!

The Char-Broil Big Easy Oil-less turkey fryer makes some bold claims about cooking times and the fact that turkeys cooked in it taste just like traditional fried turkeys fried in oil. The infrared cooking is supposed to deliver juicy turkey with a crisp outside. It's able to cook a turkey up to 16lbs, the one I cooked was just under the maximum limit at 15lbs. Because it uses infrared cooking, it eliminates flare-ups. The best part for me is that there is no expensive peanut oil to buy or mess with. It uses a propane burner rated at 16,000 BTU's. Next I will be cooking a boston butt to see how well it cooks that. There are also accessories available to cook chicken legs, ribs, whole chickens, kabobs, and more.
