The 7 KEYS To Getting MASSIVE Power On Your Serve

In today’s video, I show you the 7 MUST-HAVE keys on your tennis serve.

Continental Grip: The Continental Grip is the grip used by high-performance tennis players worldwide. It allows for a full, natural swing and enables you to create a variety of spins on the ball. You must have a Continental Grip to achieve your full serving potential.

Less Tension During Serve: Tension is a Serve KIller! Most players have too much tension when they play and serve in particular. This great tip will help you reduce tension right away and forever stiffen you up.

Balance In Trophy Position: Balance is the key element to developing power and control. Learn where the key position is to establish balance before you make your move on the ball!

Consistent Ball Placement: An accurate ball placement complements the ideal balance to give you a chance to play your best serve. In this lesson, you will learn the ideal location to place the ball for optimum power and control.

Developing A Good Motion: A great motion is a key to power on your serve. Here you will learn the essential elements to a great serve, along with some drills to develop a great motion.

Extension On Contact: Extension on contact results in more: 1) Power, 2) control, and 3) greatly reducing the risk of injury.

Rhythm Of Swing On Serve: Many players swing too fast on the serve, but the serve has a specific rhythm to create great timing and easy power. It is simple: “Slow-Quick-Slow”. Start slow, build momentum into contact (quick) and finish slow.

Follow Through On Serve: The follow-through is a widely misunderstood concept on the serve. Learn what the follow-through is all about, and avoid this common myth that reduces your power and leads to shoulder injuries.
