Today we will be doing a short pranayama & deep breathing exercises for pregnancy. You can safely do these in all trimesters.

These exercises help in improving blood circulation and oxygenation to the uterus and baby which in terns promotes healthy growth of the baby.

We will start with some warmup stretches so you are able to sit better. Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!
