Storm moving in, rough surf conditions continues and wet weather for first-half of Saturday. High surf warning continues for the coast. Passes remain wet, only mixing with snow occasionally on Saturday. However, Saturday and into Sunday will be much cooler as the cold front associated with the storm passes through Oregon. New Year's Eve looks foggy and chilly so plan ahead for reduced visibility and chilly temperatures around midnight. Saturday evening and Sunday will be much drier as high pressure builds, but not sunny conditions. Mostly cloudy and foggy conditions expected to start next week. Long term, models still in agreement for cold air and moisture meaning lower snow levels by Jan 6.
