COOKING FOR 30,000 PEOPLE

How do you prepare a meal for 30,000 people every single day? This is the UAE's largest Iftar, a project initiated by the The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center under the Ministry of Presidential Affairs in memory of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
