I have used #Fish fillet in this recipe and shown detailed step by step instructions on how to make the filling and how to fold the samosa for best crispiness.

Ingredients:
100 Samosa Sheets (Parr)
800g fish (cut in 1 inch pieces)
black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp turmeric powder (safran)
2 onions (finely diced)
2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp mint leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp garam masala
5 tbsp all purpose flour
salt and oil
