These are so fun I’ve just kept going and going. This is my 10th HIIT Yoga Class! I create 8 yoga-inspired fitness drills and we work at our own pace and level with it. You’ll smile. You’ll sweat. You’ll get a total body workout! I’ve been adding a little core circuit at the end. Let me know what you think!

*We work for 1 minute each drill with 10 seconds transition in between 4 drills.
