AMD Ryzen CPU Degradation - Fix Instability With Custom PBO Settings!

A few months ago I made a video talking about degradation on Ryzen CPUs and speculated why this might be happening.  My theory was that PBO is responsible for this faster than usual degradation, but I now believe PBO isn't necessarily bad.  I believe the problem is with the auto settings many motherboards set by default.  I now recommend enabling PBO but make sure to tweak the settings in the bios.  Also it seems the memory controller is what's more susceptible to degradation, so you might need to lower your RAM speed to 3200Mhz especially with higher RAM capacities since this is more stressful on the memory controller.
