Now in HD!: This particular video shows the view of the tilting mechanism as I ride "around the block", and fairly slowly, including footage from the camera pointed at the tilt mech, and forward.
The bottom-left corner includes a blow-up of the cam-follower and cam interface. You can see the cam distort by the end of the video. Making it in steel with a larger cam follower should hopefully fix this.
It was surprisingly stable, and yet still controllable when cornering. Slow-speed riding was far less difficult than when in regular bicycle mode.
The base bike is a Cruzbike Silvio S30, which is a front-wheel-drive recumbent.
