Na'Vi markeloff: PC and CS configuration

Sup guys, a few days ago na'vi released a youtube video showing markeloff getting his computer set to the matches, under the name of "how to configure pc and cs by markeloff", the thing is, this is not a tutorial made by him, they just recorded him getting the pc ready. so although everyone appreciates the video and the fact that guy took his time to record, the video is very hard the follow due the shakes and camara quality. in addiction, he makes a lot of unnecessary stuff that you really don't need to do, because like i said, this is not a tutorial. for example, in the video he spends a minute or so download winrar and ventrilo... something you don't really need to watch, so i had the idea of making this video, with basically the same purpose, but better, with more quality and more practical. I hope you enjoy it
By the way, i forgot to add the launch options, but here they are:
-noforcemspd -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -freq 120
