How To Cancel TotalAv

For anyone who made the same mistake I did by signing up for antiviral protection on their phone through TotalAv this video will explain how to finally cancel your account and end any further charges to you credit card.  The website for TotalAv automatically loops every reference to cancelling your account back to their Support page but does not actually let you cancel.  They offer no phone number or email for contacting them to cancel.  Call this number:  833-201-8681 then select "6" to cancel and do not hang up or take their solution to go to their website Support to resolve.  Just wait until a person Finally answers, identify yourself and demand that they cancel your subscription.  They will offer lower prices and continue with their script to keep you on the books but if you repeat your desire to cancel they will finally say they are canceling your account and that you will receive email confirmation (which I did).  Now I will watch my credit card statement to verify that no further charges arrive.  Hope this help someone else.
