In this video, I show you step by step, how to get rid of tonsillitis. It's a daily exercise that must be practiced.

If you are suffering from tonsillitis, your tonsils are probably inflamed and sore.

It’s the bacteria that are causing the pain. The exercises in this video will help you to promote the blood flow to kill the bacteria

Tonsillitis is an infection of the  tonsils.The tonsils are balls of lymph tissue on both sides of the throat, above and behind the tongue and are part of the immune system, which helps the body fight infection.

The symptoms are sore throat, white pus in your tonsil, having problem swallowing, bad breath, yellow pus in tonsil and even swollen gland.

People who always suffer from  tonsillitis, I often noticed that it’s their diet or the food they eat that causes it. You need to avoid spicy food, fry food like chips and oily food. Eat a balanced diet like vegetables, meat, fish and fruits.

Eat mostly cooked food that is hot. Avoid cold food and cheese, dairy product yogurt and even milk.
This video will show you step by step guide to get rid of your tonsillitis.

The key to get rid of the tonsillitis is to be consistent and keep doing the exercises for 3 weeks and be patient too.
