Storage Times: The cookies keep for 5 days at room temperature if kept in an airtight container. However, the crunchiness will be lost in a couple of days.

INGREDIENTS (US):
1 cup granulated brown sugar (6.3oz)
3.5oz soy milk (¼ cup + 3 tbsp)
6 tbsp smooth peanut butter (3.5oz)
1⅔ cup all-purpose/plain flour (7oz)
½ tsp baking soda (0.1oz)
3oz chocolate

When measuring ingredients, make sure that all the measurements are level. This means discarding the ingredients that rise above the rim of the measuring cup, tsp, tbsp etc. The back of a straight knife works perfectly for this.

INGREDIENTS (International):
180g granulated brown sugar
100g soy milk
100g smooth peanut butter
200g all-purpose/plain flour
2,5g baking soda
80g chocolate
