Pakistan's government says no relief on power bills as protests escalate

Many people in Pakistan say they are being sent higher electricity bills and are refusing to pay them.
They say they cannot afford to any more because their spending outstrips their earnings.
The higher electricity tariffs have provoked nationwide protests.
