My Sea Legs (2 years old) got to a point where they would go up but not down.

05:32 Apparent Success
06:50 Still Broken with new Trombetta
07:21 Play with Orange and Green Wires

12:50 Investigating the High Pressure Relay
17:14 Replacing the High Pressure Relay
19:08 Summary and TL-DR

I contacted Sea Legs service but they were very busy so I decided to proceed on my own.  I watched every video on the Sea Legs channel (Thank Nate!) and set to figuring out my particular problem.  I initially suspected the Tombetta contactor and so I replaced it - which was not the fix.  Then I started investigating the high pressure cutoff / alarm circuit and found my way to a broken Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) 12V relay.  I replace that relay (inexpensive part on Amazon) and my Sea Legs are once again working perfectly.

If you are in a hurry, jump to about 19:00 to see what was really wrong :)

Update:  my neighbor had the same problem, I gave him one of the relays and it fixed his boat as well.

I put this video up in hopes of helping folks.  I am not an expert and this is not official Sea Legs at all.
